Thank you for choosing Greg Sr Soulfood. We are committed to delivering high-quality, soulful catering experiences. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Terms
• We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of contract signing to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due by the morning of the event before service begins.

2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance of the event for a full refund (minus deposit).
• Cancellations made less than 5 days but more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, unless due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather or travel delays.

3. Event Details Required
To serve you better, we request the following information at the time of booking:
• Date and time of the event
• Number of guests
• Menu selection (confirmed at contract signing; may be altered up to 5 days before the event)
• Photo or description of the food setup area
• Any theme or decor notes if food area should blend with your design

4. Service Options
We offer multiple service styles:
• Full Catering Service: Includes setup of food area, service, and cleanup. Our team will arrive early to prepare and remain until service is complete.
• Drop-Off Service: We will deliver and set up your food buffet-style and leave it ready to serve.
• Buffet Service Option: We can provide staff to serve buffet-style if requested.
Please note:
• Our staff will not decorate the area. If you require decor integration, decorating must be completed before we arrive for food placement.
• We may display Greg Sr Soulfood signage unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Food Safety & Allergies
• All food is prepared in accordance with ServSafe guidelines as recognized by the National Restaurant Association.
• Greg Sr Soulfood is not liable for allergic reactions. Clients must disclose all allergies or dietary restrictions in the intake form and discuss them during the initial consultation.

6. Code of Conduct
• We are committed to professionalism and respect. We do not tolerate vulgar language, harassment, or mistreatment of staff.
• Failure to maintain a safe and respectful environment may result in termination of service without refund.
