Refund Policy

At Greg Sr. Soul Food, we care deeply about your experience. If you’re not satisfied with your order, refunds must be requested on the same day of the event before the start of the event. Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance of the event for a full refund (minus deposit).

​

• Cancellations made less than 5 days but more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, determined on a case-by-case basis.

​

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, unless due to unavoidable circumstances such as inclement weather or travel delays
